Job Description
Join our team as a Sales Representative and drive growth for a leading adhesives company. This role involves conducting scheduled client visits across a defined territory, managing sales and collections to meet targets, and keeping clients informed about promotions and policies. Responsibilities include: 1. Managing and growing sales within the assigned territory. 2. Ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting. 3. Informing clients of promotional campaigns and commercial policies. 4. Processing and following up on customer orders. 5. Identifying and acquiring new clients to expand the portfolio. 6. Overseeing product display and branding at points of sale. 7. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should be based in Neuquén or nearby areas and possess: 1. A high school diploma. 2. A minimum of 2 years of sales and collections experience in the FMCG sector. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. The ability to work independently. 5. Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally. 6. A proactive approach to business development. 7. Basic IT skills, including MS Office and reporting tools. 8. Own vehicle in good condition.
