Join our team as a Market Sales Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in expanding our footprint within the collision repair sector. Your mission: identify and secure new opportunities for paint systems. Cultivate a strong professional network to ensure a consistent flow of new business prospects. Articulate the advantages, features, and color technology of our offerings, while delivering exceptional service. Prioritize customer engagement, maintaining a structured call schedule and meticulous documentation in Salesforce (SFDC). Contribute to national sales goals with urgency, focusing on revenue, customer retention, and distributor relationships. Champion standard procedures and ensure customers utilize Axalta Training Programs. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, use technology to boost productivity, and promote safety in all actions. Manage expenses within budget.
Qualifications
1. Proven sales experience in the Automotive Refinish industry. 2. Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years in the Automotive Refinish industry. 3. Knowledge of collision repair shop business fundamentals. 4. Understanding of the collision repair market and auto parts distribution. 5. Ability to identify customer needs and solve issues collaboratively. 6. Fluency in English and Spanish is advantageous. 7. Self-motivation to excel in an autonomous environment. 8. Professionalism and awareness of customer impact. 9. Strong team player supporting national initiatives. 10. Excellent communication skills. 11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC). 12. Willingness to travel up to 75%. 13. Valid Driver’s License.
