Educate clients on the advantages of professional accounting and tax services through a compassionate, consultative sales approach. Cultivate client relationships with strategic management and exceptional follow-up to expedite the sales cycle. Utilize our CRM system and sales tools proficiently to manage your pipeline and client information effectively. Your ability to manage relationships and provide accounting advice will be critical in achieving sales goals and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
1. Possess 2-4 years of sales experience and a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 2. Demonstrate expertise in communication, skillfully building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls. 3. Exhibit high discipline, self-motivation, and goal-orientation, coupled with excellent time management skills. 4. Be comfortable and adaptable with new technology, utilizing it to enhance workflow and client interactions. 5. Thrive as a collaborative team player in a supportive environment, open to coaching and mentorship. 6. Nice to Have: Experience closing high volume of high ticket items.
