Job Description

Drive product sales through strategic communication and scientific messaging to achieve targets. Enhance customer experiences across all platforms, aligning communication channels with customer preferences. Conduct territory analysis to address customer needs and promote adoption of digital tools. Cultivate and optimize customer relationships. Manage local projects and events, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering business growth.

Qualifications

1. Required qualification under Section 75 of the German Medicines Act or a degree in a natural science. 2. Relevant professional experience in the specific field. 3. Solid knowledge of the therapeutic area is an advantage. 4. Strong sales skills. 5. Excellent analytical skills (sales and customer behavior). 6. High level of entrepreneurial spirit and personal responsibility. 7. Experience engaging with and responding to customer needs across face-to-face and digital communication channels (multi- and omnichannel). 8. Valid driver's license (car). 9. Field-based role: route planning and overnight trips in the respective areas. 10. Weekend work according to the company agreement on weekend fieldwork. 11. Fluent German, spoken and written. 12. English skills are a plus.
