Job Description

Join our team as a Sales Operations Manager for Urology and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven insights and operational excellence. This position serves as the primary Sales Operations partner for Urology commercial and sales leadership, providing essential data analysis and strategic support. You'll attend leadership meetings, delivering performance updates and identifying opportunities to enhance data and reporting capabilities. Dive into multiple data sources, build automated dashboards using Salesforce and Looker, and conduct ad hoc analysis to address business challenges and uncover growth potential. Your insights will directly influence commercial strategy, optimize Salesforce workflows, and improve data accuracy for field representatives and sales managers. Partner with the Data & Analytics team to ensure data quality and support the development of effective incentive compensation structures.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, data analytics, or marketing analytics. 3. Experience in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or medical devices preferred. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and business acumen. 5. Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and connect insights to business strategy. 6. Experience driving process improvement and partnering cross-functionally to implement change. 7. Technical proficiency including: - Advanced Excel - Salesforce (required) - Business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) - SQL or similar programming language preferred - Experience with territory mapping tools a plus 8. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions involved in business planning and execution.
