Job Description

As a Sales Operations Intern, you'll be instrumental in providing analytical support to our sales teams and optimizing workflows. Your responsibilities include: Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive reports in Salesforce and Excel, monitoring key performance indicators to assess team performance. Support leadership meetings by managing reporting packages, updating content, and tracking action items. Conduct ad hoc analyses of sales performance to identify trends, weaknesses, opportunities, and process improvements. Sales Team Support: Address day-to-day inquiries from the sales team promptly and efficiently. Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools, access, and resources for successful integration. Processes: Collaborate with sales leaders to evaluate current sales processes and workflows, pinpointing areas for improvement and addressing friction points. Sales Tools: Gain hands-on experience in administering essential sales tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate degree in economics, statistics, math, finance, business management, or related fields. 2. Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. 3. Able to commit to an 11-week internship (20-30 hours weekly). 4. Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5.
