Job Description

As a Sales Operations and Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle. You'll be responsible for administering and maintaining the Hubspot CRM system for Quantitative Sciences (QS), ensuring its effectiveness in tracking and managing client interactions. A key aspect of your role involves documenting, standardizing, and refining core sales operational processes to enhance efficiency. You will oversee the administrative tasks associated with customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Generating and maintaining regular sales performance reports will enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in our sales strategies.

Qualifications

1. Requires 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, customer relations, business administration, or a related analytical role. 2. Must demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. 3. Requires superior written and oral communication skills. 4. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Requires a high degree of proficiency in Hubspot CRM software.
