Job Description

Trader Interactive is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team focused on expanding the supply side of our recreational and commercial vehicle marketplaces. Responsibilities include driving dealer acquisition strategy, coaching and developing sales talent, and accelerating revenue growth through disciplined execution and performance management. This role owns the end-to-end acquisition engine, from territory planning and prospecting to closing, onboarding, and dealer activation. Key tasks involve setting clear performance expectations, monitoring pipeline health, and partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to optimize go-to-market strategy and refine messaging for our digital advertising solutions.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of B2B digital marketing/advertising experience in account management and/or business development 2. 2+ years of people management experience 3. Demonstrated track record of over-achieving budget & KPI expectations 4. Experience selling B2B Digital Marketing solutions (Marketplace, Media, or Marketing preferred) 5. Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented 6. CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce 7. Comfortable developing actionable insights from large data sets
