Sales Manager
Job Description
Engage in technical sales calls to thoroughly understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Communicate with potential customers through live chat, phone calls, text messages, and email correspondence. Address intricate technical inquiries about products, their setup, and prerequisites. Cultivate customer trust via transparent and insightful dialogue. Craft custom recommendations that take into account customer needs and technological limitations. Work closely with both product and technical teams to make sure solutions align with what the customer is looking for. Convey complex technical details in an understandable and approachable manner. Keep tabs on leads and follow-up actions using Google Sheets (with plans to introduce a CRM system). Ensure consistent follow-through and well-organized pipeline management. Assist the sales team in advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline. Play a role in refining and enhancing sales procedures as the company grows. Aid in the shift toward broader sales reach and improved operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in a technical or consultative B2C sales role. 2. Experience in managing high-value sales and assisting customers with intricate buying choices is highly desirable. 3. Excellent capacity to grasp and articulate technical concepts effectively. 4. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English. 5. Proficiency in establishing strong connections with a customer-focused mindset. 6. A strong desire to learn and the capability to quickly master intricate product specifics. 7. Composure in a dynamic, rapidly changing work setting. 8. Ability to function autonomously while contributing to a larger team. 9. Familiarity with tools such as Chatra, Quo, Shopify, and Google Sheets is advantageous. 10. Technical understanding of electrical systems, construction, or installation factors is a plus.
