Job Description

Join Optotune as a Sales Manager and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Acquire new business in the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden) and the Baltic area. Your responsibilities include providing feedback to product management, managing and fostering local sales partners, and supporting local marketing activities including several trade shows.

Qualifications

1. Must have a technical background (MSc or equivalent). 2. At least 3-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in optics. 3. Direct experience in the Nordics is a must. 4. Market knowledge in medical, microscopy, semiconductor, laser processing or vision applications. 5. Ability to identify new customers, build up and maintain relationships. 6. Ability to understand customers’ technical requirements and suggest solutions. 7. Passion for sales and marketing, friendly personality, well organized, autonomous and team player. 8. Excellent knowledge of English and one local language; any other European language is advantageous. 9. Good working knowledge in MS Office applications. 10. SAP and Hubspot knowledge is a plus.
