Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our dynamic sales team. This role involves managing, coaching, and training appointment setters and closers. The ideal candidate will build daily activity structures across various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and Slack. Responsibilities include tracking team performance, optimizing scripts and workflows, conducting daily huddles and weekly reviews, and coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure smooth lead flow. Furthermore, you will implement accountability systems and performance reporting, as well as continuously improve sales processes to increase conversions and predictability.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience managing sales teams in a fast-paced environment is essential. 2. Strong communication and leadership skills, particularly with younger teams, are required. 3. You should have high proficiency with digital outreach tools and CRM systems. 4. The ability to enforce structure, consistency, and KPI-driven performance is necessary. 5. Strong coaching skills and comfort with daily hands-on management are important. 6. Experience in B2B services, marketing, or agency environments is preferred. 7. Must be organized, proactive, and excellent at problem-solving.
