Sales Manager
Job Description
Seeking a Sales Manager to service existing customers, generate leads, and close new business. Integrate sales and individual activity into our CRM system. Develop new accounts, service existing accounts, and generate new leads to ensure the territory is effectively covered and supported. Create annual business plans and sales strategies for the territory to meet company sales goals and profitability. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines and services represented by the company.
Qualifications
1. 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience with machine tool solutions technology. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Experience with Microsoft Office. 4. Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho is preferred). 5. Technical aptitude and knowledge of machine tool technology. 6. Previous experience with machine tools is required. 7. Manage incoming sales leads from the website and phone calls. 8. Prospect, develop, and close new business with new and existing customers. 9. Exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts. 10. Regularly travel to perform customer site visits to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposals. 11. Must have a valid driver's license with no significant violations.
Benefits
