Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, directing the planning and execution of sales activities to expand sales in Military, Industry, Automotive, Medical, Data Centre, Networking, and Consumer sectors. This role involves collaborating with Taiwan Management and corporate headquarters to manage business aspects, including goals, reporting, product allocations, resource leveraging, and pricing. The Sales Manager will develop a sales vision, create business plans, drive organizational output, eliminate business development roadblocks, and establish a culture of ownership through goal setting and metric monitoring.

Qualifications

1. Over 8 years of experience in the Semiconductors (Logic Devices) business. 2. Strong understanding of the semiconductor sales process. 3. FPGA experience is highly desirable. 4. Knowledge of semiconductor technologies (Device, Design, and System Technology). 5. Familiarity with Industry, Automotive, Medical, and Consumer business sectors. 6. Experience in global business operations. 7. Experience working for a foreign-owned organization or overseas assignment. 8. Proven experience in conducting global business. 9. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds. 10. Good command of English.
