Sales Executive – Workers Compensation
Job Description
Join EK Health Services Inc. as a Sales Executive and drive new business growth by proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities across a regional or national territory. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, lead consultative sales conversations centered on client needs, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a great client experience, maintain a robust pipeline, and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience. 2. A natural relationship-builder who can initiate conversations and create opportunities. 3. Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach. 4. Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals. 5. Ability to manage a territory and stay organized in a remote environment. 6. Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is helpful.
