Job Description

Join Travelers as a Sales Executive and drive profitable growth by developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies. Manage your assigned territory, conduct agency diagnostics, and build lasting relationships with agency partners through in-person and virtual visits. Prospect and onboard new agencies, set performance goals, and provide training and support. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Utilize data and AI technologies to optimize processes and enhance decision-making. Stay updated on competitor products and market trends. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field. 2. Four or more years of insurance sales experience managing a book of business and driving significant sales growth. 3. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and conduct agency diagnostics. 4. Strong knowledge of Travelers products and the Property & Casualty marketplace. 5. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills. 6. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to define goals and priorities and meet them in a timely manner. 9. Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex tasks and meet deadlines effectively. 10. Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) (or willingness to pursue).
