Drive new business within the mid-market sector through strategic prospecting, proactive lead generation, and effective pipeline management. Cultivate and expand relationships with current mid-market clients, boosting revenue and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to pinpoint needs, address challenges, and align with their strategic goals. Craft and present compelling product demonstrations and detailed proposals, tailored to resonate with client-specific objectives. Articulate the distinct value proposition of ProFinda's solutions to both prospects and existing customers. Partner closely with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns, stimulating demand and driving substantial revenue growth. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ProFinda's product offerings, industry dynamics, and the competitive landscape. Deliver precise sales forecasts and comprehensive reports to keep sales leadership well-informed. Manage multiple transactions concurrently, skillfully prioritizing tasks to consistently meet and surpass sales objectives. Actively participate in industry gatherings and conferences, fostering connections and promoting ProFinda's innovative solutions.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years experience in SaaS sales, emphasizing mid-market clients. 2. Experience in ProServ is highly valued. 3. Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven role. 4. Proficiency in managing multiple transactions with effective prioritization in a fast-paced setting. 5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. 6. Strong collaboration skills, contributing effectively within cross-functional teams. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. 8. MBA is considered a plus. 9. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
