Job Description

Cultivate professional relationships with customers, enhancing core sales, new product development, and promotional strategies. Ensure superior visibility in retail environments, optimizing sales capabilities through effective merchandising. Achieve field Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet established annual objectives. Maximize visual impact and optimize shelf availability utilizing advanced merchandising techniques. Execute and monitor promotional initiatives to drive sales and market presence. Strategically place and implement point-of-sale materials to influence buying decisions. Provide comprehensive reports on all sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications

1. Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. 2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales and negotiation principles. 3. Exhibit robust analytical skills for market assessment and strategy development. 4. Ideally, have prior sales experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors. 5. Display perseverance and meticulous attention to detail. 6. Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree (full-time study).
