Job Description

Join World Kinect as a Sales Executive and take charge of an existing book of business (200+ accounts) while expanding our presence in the Florida market. You will pinpoint and secure new B2B customer opportunities throughout Florida, crafting account strategies aimed at retention, growth, and margin enhancement. Your expertise will drive sales of World Fuel solutions, including fuel cards, bulk fuel delivery, diesel, gas, and DEF. Act as a reliable consultant, comprehending customer operations and fueling requirements. Conduct consistent in-person customer visits across Orlando, Tampa, and Miami, diligently maintaining pipelines, forecasts, and activity tracking within CRM systems. Partner with internal teams, such as Supply, Logistics, Credit, and Customer Operations, and keep tabs on market dynamics and competitive actions within the territory. Adhere to company, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

1. Requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a field-based or customer-facing role. 2. Demonstrated ability to manage an active book of business while achieving new customer growth. 3. Experience in sales to Commercial & Industrial customers, fleets, or owner-operators is essential. 4. Prefers short-cycle, high-activity sales experience (transactional + consultative). 5. Must possess strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. 6. Highly organized and disciplined in managing territory and accounts. 7. Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based environment. 8. Willing to travel regularly throughout Florida.
