Job Description
Join Victaulic as a Sales Engineer and play a key role in expanding our market presence in Bavaria. You will be responsible for: - Promoting and selling Victaulic's comprehensive product range. - Conducting thorough market analyses and providing regular reports to your supervisor. - Achieving ambitious sales targets and contributing to the company's growth. - Generating interest and demand among key stakeholders, including building owners, engineering consultancies, and contractors. - Delivering expert training and demonstrations on the correct installation and application of Victaulic products. - Building confidence in the Victaulic system through seminars, technical literature, and dedicated support. - Maintaining strong relationships with local distributors, ensuring a smooth flow of information. - Conducting site visits to monitor the contractor's installation process and provide guidance. - Supporting designers and engineers in the use of the Victaulic system. - Handling product complaints in collaboration with the Victaulic Engineering department. - Coordinating with regional sales colleagues to ensure project success.
Qualifications
To thrive in this Sales Engineer role, you'll need: 1. A completed technical training or an engineering degree (preferred). 2. Proven experience and expertise in piping and pipework construction. 3. A willingness to travel within the sales territory. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. A professional and presentable appearance. 6. Residence within the designated sales territory. 7. Fluency in German (business/negotiation level) and good English skills.
