Job Description

Join Checkly as a Sales Engineer and become an expert in monitoring, driving the Monitoring as Code movement. Collaborate with key customers, guiding them from initial demos to successful Checkly implementation. Engage directly with customers, providing valuable insights to our Product and Engineering teams to enhance our platform. Contribute to improving technical documentation and processes. Initially, you'll learn our platform through Customer Support, then offer occasional support as needed.

Qualifications

1. Strong technical skills for reading, writing, and debugging code (preferably Javascript/Node.js). 2. 3-5 years in a Solutions Engineering role, ideally in a dev-tools SaaS environment. 3. Proficiency in using AI tools for customer-facing tasks: researching environments, generating demo code, and building proof-of-concept repos. 4. Self-motivation in a remote environment, with enthusiasm for teamwork. 5. Exceptional empathy and customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer success. 6. Proactive mindset to foster lasting partnerships with Checkly customers. 7. Excellent English communication skills. 8. Located in the US (ET or CT time zones).
