Job Description

Take ownership of the overall commercial performance across the UKI region, focusing on revenue growth and profitability. Establish and achieve specific targets through structured execution and effective performance management. Define and implement a clear business growth strategy that expands the adoption of VNS therapy. Integrate and guide Sales and Marketing teams as a unified commercial organization. Broaden the use of our therapy by optimizing patient access. Cultivate and manage a high-performing, accountable team. Implement regular business reviews, including performance and strategic assessments, to ensure alignment and drive progress.

Qualifications

1. Extensive leadership experience in both Sales and Marketing within the MedTech or specialty pharma sectors. 2. Proven history of achieving consistent commercial growth. 3. Experience in developing markets and implementing customer engagement strategies. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative sales processes. 5. P&L responsibility experience is highly desirable.
