Job Description
Take the lead in generating new business from global accounts within the U.S. Identify potential clients, cultivate opportunities, and independently finalize deals without needing internal sales support. Establish strong, reliable relationships with potential and current clients, connecting GRC technology to compelling business scenarios. Create and implement regional sales plans, including strategies for specific target accounts. Engage with a variety of individuals, from executives to CxOs, across our GRC product range through customized demonstrations and consultative sales methods. Generate leads through inventive outreach, events, and collaborative initiatives with partners. Ensure client satisfaction and foster growth by managing accounts and aligning with their strategic plans. Manage your sales procedures and successfully close opportunities. Innovate in lead generation, utilizing creative ideas and new tools, along with joint field marketing efforts, industry events, and partner networks. Secure deals through meticulous planning, thorough preparation, and a consultative approach to solving real-world business challenges. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver persuasive demonstrations of DataBee's products and solutions, building necessary connections. Develop a detailed plan and enhance skills across clients and teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding their current and future strategies to promote the DataBee platform effectively.
Qualifications
1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in selling software solutions, with preference given to candidates with experience in a GRC vendor. 2. Proven track record of actively pursuing new business opportunities within large enterprises. 3. Demonstrated experience selling technology related to governance, risk, and compliance. 4. Capable of demonstrating solutions and possessing sufficient technical knowledge to describe them effectively. 5. Able to research and comprehend trends in cybersecurity and data science technologies. 6. Thorough understanding of GRC business aspects, including demand, resource, portfolio, and asset management, alongside technical concepts related to application development, infrastructure, operations, automation, and cloud technologies. 7. Awareness of audit, compliance, and metrics/dashboard-related solutions. 8. Experience collaborating effectively within virtual and matrixed teams. 9. Able to understand broad business risk and compliance needs at a macro level. 10. Experienced in building trustworthy relationships with various teams. 11. Adept at generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives. 12. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment with tight deadlines. 13. Willing to exceed expectations to succeed in a competitive market. 14. Capable of communicating complex topics in simple terms, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences. 15. Skilled at establishing robust business relationships and connecting with C-level executives at customer organizations, as well as individuals within the ServiceNow ecosystem. 16. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 17. Willing to travel regionally as required. 18. Fluent in English and the local language is essential.
