Assume responsibility for the complete enterprise sales cycle, encompassing pipeline development through deal closure. Construct and oversee a superior pipeline of strategic prospects within the U.S. market. Engage with high-level stakeholders, including VPs and C-suite executives, to comprehend their business objectives and transformation ambitions. Advocate for enterprise-level distributed ledger and tokenization solutions tailored for critical operational applications. Work in tandem with product, engineering, and solutions teams to refine and finalize transactions. Spearhead intricate, multi-party sales processes within strictly regulated financial service environments. Uphold precise forecasting and pipeline reporting standards. Foster and nurture strategic alliances across banking institutions, fintech innovators, payment processing entities, and capital market firms.
Qualifications
1. Possess 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales. 2. Demonstrate a proven history of successfully managing and concluding intricate, multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles. 3. Exhibit robust experience in marketing infrastructure platforms, SaaS, blockchain, fintech, or distributed systems solutions. 4. Have experience in selling to regulated financial service industries such as banking, fintech, payments, or capital markets. 5. Capable of connecting with technical buyers and executive-level stakeholders. 6. Have a strong grasp of enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDICC or MEDDPICC. 7. Possess outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
