Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Director for the EMEA region. This role involves building and leading the EMEA sales department, structuring, developing, and scaling the commercial business. You will define and implement the EMEA sales strategy, manage partner ecosystems, and lead complex sales cycles. Collaborate with the CEO, technical team, and product management to structure a regional commercial team.
Qualifications
1. 10+ years of experience in a similar role. 2. Documented experience as a Sales Director/Head of Sales in enterprise IT and Channel software. 3. Proven track record in creating and scaling commercial organizations. 4. Experience with platform, monitoring, security, and IT/OT infrastructure solutions. 5. Solid experience working with partners, system integrators, distributors, and enterprise clients. 6. Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong orientation to closing deals.
