Job Description

Forum Communications Co. is seeking a Sales Director to lead revenue growth in the commercial printing division. This role involves developing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and cultivating client relationships. The Sales Director will refine sales strategies, provide leadership to sales teams, direct staffing and training, and optimize the sales organizational structure. Responsibilities include establishing sales targets, implementing incentive programs, analyzing market conditions, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing sales presentations, preparing sales forecasts, and managing the sales budget. Stay informed on advancements in commercial printing technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience driving revenue growth. 3. Experience in the commercial printing industry preferred. 4. Proven leadership with a mentorship approach. 5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Knowledge of digital sales strategies and e-commerce platforms. 9. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 10. Ability to travel as needed with a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
