This position involves: * Researching and identifying new target accounts through inbound and outbound strategies. * Initiating contact with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn. * Conducting brief needs analyses to highlight potential use cases for Wholix. * Preparing and documenting qualified meetings for the sales team. * Collaborating closely with marketing and account executives to execute the go-to-market strategy. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. Some experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development, preferably in the SaaS/tech industry. 2. A passion for persuading people and initiating conversations. 3. Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. 4. A structured, independent working style with a strong drive to make an impact. 5. An interest in software, startups, and working in an international environment.
