Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will: - Forge strong connections with potential clients through consistent and professional communication. - Inform potential customers about Nsure's revenue cycle automation platform and its impact on their organization's financial performance. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and enhance effective outreach strategies and messaging. - Meticulously track all sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM system. - Schedule valuable discovery meetings for Account Executives. - Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics and pipeline generation targets. - Adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess: 1. At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in healthcare or SaaS is highly advantageous). 2. A demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales goals. 3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport and trust easily. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a high volume of outbound calls and appointment scheduling. 5. A self-driven, goal-oriented attitude with a focus on results. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement tools to maintain a clean and organized pipeline. 7. Experience in B2B cold calling and resilience in the face of rejection. 8. A willingness to learn and adapt to feedback in a dynamic environment. It's beneficial to have: - Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). - Knowledge of insurance workflows, denials management, or reimbursement processes. - A background in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
