Job Description
Embark on an exciting career journey as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll be instrumental in generating new business opportunities within the Multifamily Rentals sector. Your primary focus will be on proactively prospecting and securing appointments that drive revenue for our Sales Executives. Engage potential clients through strategic cold calls and tailored emails, aiming for over 100 daily interactions. Employ consistent outreach strategies to cultivate interest and qualify leads. Adhere to the MEDDPICC sales methodology and integrate Challenger principles into all customer interactions.
Qualifications
1. Possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in appointment setting or inside sales. 2. Exhibit a high-energy, driven approach with a resilient attitude, projecting a positive and charismatic demeanor both on the phone and in-person. 3. Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity. 4. Showcase the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. 5. Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Suite. 6. Possess excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. 7. Preference for candidates with familiarity using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms. 8. Willingness to travel approximately 2-3 times annually for company-related events.
