Sales Development Representative

Job Description

Engage with potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone. Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads, forwarding them to senior sales staff. Maintain and update CRM systems with precise lead and contact details. Follow up with potential clients, nurturing relationships throughout the sales process. Arrange meetings and demos for the sales team based in the UK. Achieve weekly outreach goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Work with the team to improve messaging and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

1. Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 3. A goal-oriented and self-motivated personality. 4. Comfortable making outbound calls and sending cold emails. 5. Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently. 6. No prior sales experience required — full training provided.
