Sales Development Representative, Part-time
Job Description
Join us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be the initial point of contact for potential B2B clients. You will identify, qualify, and nurture leads within the B2B segment. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Proactively identifying and researching potential B2B customers. 2. Initiating outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, using a structured and CRM-driven approach (HubSpot). 3. Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria. 4. Providing complete documentation when handing over qualified leads to our sales closers. 5. Maintaining and updating the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure full pipeline transparency. 6. Collaborating closely with the sales team on target accounts, messaging, and market feedback. 7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our outreach processes and scripts.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. Some experience in B2B sales, telesales, or business development (including working student roles or internships). 2. Excellent communication skills, both on the phone, via email, and on LinkedIn. 3. A structured, independent working style, suitable for part-time work. 4. Experience with CRM tools or the ability to learn them quickly (ideally HubSpot). 5. Business-fluent German (C2) is required; good English is a plus.
