Join happyhotel as a Sales Development Representative and make a strong first impression! Your mission involves building relationships with hoteliers and understanding their daily challenges. Engage in meaningful conversations, actively listen, and showcase happyhotel as the ultimate solution for stress-free revenue management. Help hotels understand the advantages of our software via phone, email, and social media platforms. Develop a robust sales pipeline and arrange qualified demonstrations for the account executive team. Proactively network within the hotel sector, identify new applications, and seek growth opportunities for our product. Collaborate closely with customer support, development, and marketing teams to highlight our customers and their success stories. Utilize our CRM system, HubSpot, to contribute to building a comprehensive knowledge database. Represent happyhotel at industry trade shows, with travel expectations up to 15%.
Qualifications
1. Successfully completed commercial/technical training or a degree. 2. Ideally, experience in the hotel industry (optional). 3. Experience of cold-calling, paired with the necessary empathy and persistence. 4. Ideally, experience selling a SaaS product and/or an affinity for technical products. 5. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with different personalities. 6. Your voice is your strongest sales tool. 7. High level of self-organization and initiative. 8. Drive to grow and actively help shape our growth. 9. A structured, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working completes your profile. 10. Fluent in English (native level). 11. Ability to travel within UK and EU.
