Philippines – Remote Full-Time

Job Description

Generate new business opportunities for Deel's ASEAN region, targeting the Enterprise segment (2000+ employees) through inbound and outbound prospecting via email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns. Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges. Create and execute personalized outreach sequences, including email campaigns and cold-calling, to penetrate accounts. Engage existing customers to identify cross-sell or expansion opportunities. Educate and nurture leads to progress toward a qualified meeting or next step. Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM and sales engagement tools. Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoffs. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to refine lead-generation processes. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Opportunities, and pipeline contribution. Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications

1. Located in Singapore. 2. 3+ years of experience as an SDR. 3. Experience in sales development or outbound commercial roles. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment. 6. Highly organized and self-motivated. 7. Proven track record of meeting activity and pipeline targets. 8. Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative. 9. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus. 10. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong growth orientation. 11. Strong written communication skills. 12. Experience in HR tech or fintech is beneficial but not required.
