Job Description

Join Synera as a Sales Development Representative in Germany and be the first point of contact for future customers. Convert curiosity into conversations and turn those conversations into real business opportunities. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn, crafting compelling narratives around Synera's AI solutions. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing, testing outreach strategies to enhance Synera's presence in the DACH market. Your primary tasks include qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team. Conduct proactive outreach to engineering leads, executing targeted outbound campaigns to generate interest in Synera's AI solutions through storytelling and value-driven communication.

Qualifications

1. Solid experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS environment. 2. Strong English language skills (both spoken and written) are essential. 3. Proficiency in a European language such as French, Dutch, or Swedish is advantageous. 4. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas over multiple quarters. 5. Ability to convincingly pitch complex technical solutions, ideally with experience in AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation. 6. Comfortable with rejection and adept at iterating quickly with a growth mindset and resilience. 7. Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting platforms like Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, and Aircall. 8. Passion for hunting new opportunities and driving business growth.
