Job Description

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth for EMS|MC solutions. This role involves generating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, including phone calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing their fit, interest level, and readiness before passing them to the Business Development team. Daily activities include meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline generation goals. You'll conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' challenges, priorities, and needs within municipal, county, and health system environments. You will also effectively communicate EMS|MC's value proposition and differentiate our solutions to secure meetings with key decision-makers and influencers. Accurate documentation of all prospecting activities and communications is crucial. Collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams ensures a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and alignment on messaging. Support marketing campaigns and initiatives by following up on leads and assisting with targeted outreach efforts. Ongoing training is provided to build knowledge of the EMS industry. Represent the company mission and values in all interactions. Participate in company-sponsored events as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience. 2. 1-3+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation, meeting pipeline goals. 3. Experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification via phone, email, and digital channels. 4. Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to engage prospects. 5. Experience in active listening and effective questioning techniques. 6. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams. 8. Hands-on experience using CRM systems for pipeline activity management. 9. Consistent integrity and accountability. 10. Proficiency in English for job-related communication.
