Job Description

Generate meetings with potential clients to achieve company goals through prioritized outreach and personalized communication. Develop sales leads, respond to inquiries, and manage email campaigns while tracking interactions in our CRM. Quickly qualify leads before handing them to Account Executives. Represent our company's solutions by understanding customer needs and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, ensuring a positive client experience and closing deals.

Qualifications

1. Passion for sales. 2. Experience in sales, Sales Development Representative roles, or customer-facing roles is a plus. 3. Strong written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and Dutch). 4. Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills. 5. Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems. 6. Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. 7. Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth. 8. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. 9. A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a team.
