Sales Development Representative – DACH
Job Description
Join qiibee as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the DACH region. Identify and cultivate a pipeline of qualified leads aligned with our ideal customer profile. 2. Compose engaging and personalized cold emails and conduct impactful calls to generate interest and secure product demos. 3. Schedule high-quality demos for the sales team, meeting the primary KPI. 4. Maintain meticulous records of all activities, notes, and lead insights within the CRM system. 5. Implement strategic multi-channel follow-up campaigns to nurture lead engagement. 6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to analyze the sales funnel and devise innovative strategies. 7. Continuously refine our outreach approach by optimizing prospecting scripts and sequences based on performance metrics.
Qualifications
1. 2+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) roles. 2. Experience prospecting within SaaS or technology companies. 3. Native or fluent proficiency in both German and English. 4. Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments is a plus. 5. Demonstrated ability to successfully prospect and secure qualified demos through outbound sales activities. 6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
