Sales Development Representative – DACH

Job Description

Join our team as a Sales Development Representative and play a key role in driving sales growth within the DACH region. Engage and qualify potential customers, transforming interest into opportunity. Your daily tasks will primarily involve telephone, email, and LinkedIn, using a value-led approach to connect with inbound leads and target accounts. Occasional networking events and team-building activities will also be part of your role. We are looking for someone to help expand our presence in the DACH region.

Qualifications

1. Native German speaker (C1 or above) and fluency in English are essential. 2. Previous SDR or related sales experience is required. 3. Strong inbound sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. 4. Experience in a targeted sales environment, working to KPIs. 5. Possess a can-do attitude, resilience, and high energy. 6. Demonstrate accountability and results-driven approach. 7. Natural ability to build rapport and excellent communication skills. 8. Exhibit natural curiosity and a deep hunger to learn.
