Drive WorkMotion's expansion in the German and Austrian markets as a Sales Development Representative. Identify high-growth companies ripe for remote hiring, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and AI to prioritize targets. Craft strategic, personalized outreach via phone, video, and email to generate 20+ qualified demos monthly. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and target key market trends. Become the expert on remote-hiring companies in Germany & Austria, connecting them with borderless hiring solutions.
Qualifications
1. Native-level German fluency and business-level English. 2. Minimum 1 year in remote B2B Business Development (BDR/SDR) with proven success in outbound sales. 3. Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outreach. 4. Strategic mindset to research and prioritize target accounts based on buying signals. 5. KPI-driven and energized by clear goals and performance metrics. 6. Self-starter with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow. 7. Based within +/-2 hours of CET time zone.
