Job Description

Become an expert in using lead generation tools to identify and build targeted prospect lists. Proactively engage with freemium accounts using personalized, relevant interactions. Qualify potential customers by asking targeted questions, nurturing leads, and understanding their specific needs before scheduling an initial sales meeting. Schedule discovery calls for our Customer Success Team, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for attended calls. Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including phone, email, and social media, through a sales development platform. Address and overcome initial objections with grace, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and technical skills. Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to develop and implement effective account communication plans. Coordinate product demos with Sales Engineering, ensuring all activities are meticulously documented in Salesforce. Conduct thorough research and leverage our existing database to create monthly call lists. Drive sales by educating prospects on the value of our products and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in a sales role with a demonstrable track record of success. 2. 0-1 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in the IT Enterprise Software sector. 3. Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—with strong listening skills. 4. Understanding of key sales performance metrics and the ability to effectively manage them. 5. Capable of delivering engaging presentations via virtual platforms and phone. 6. Driven, resilient, and team-oriented with a strong desire to compete and achieve goals. 7. Exhibits high integrity and follows through on commitments. 8. Possesses an athlete mindset: coachable, goal-oriented, and demonstrates resilience.
