Sales Development Representative – B2B SaaS

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the primary contact for potential enterprise clients, actively engaging and qualifying businesses through outbound and inbound efforts. You will conduct research and prospect for new target companies and contacts via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You will schedule appointments for the Enterprise Sales Team, qualify leads, and develop an understanding of customer needs. You will also maintain and document all activities in the CRM, work closely with the sales team to develop our pipeline, and work in a KPI-driven manner with clear goals and performance indicators.

Qualifications

1. Experience in selling services or technologies in the B2B sales sector, ideally with expertise in SaaS products. 2. A keen sense for the needs of customers. 3. Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal. 4. A willingness to actively tackle and take things into your own hands.
