Job Description
Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential leads and prospects within the target market. Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. Develop personalized and effective outreach campaigns to boost lead conversion rates. Work closely with the Account Executive to share insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends. Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness. Work with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.
Qualifications
1. Possess 2-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing new business meetings. 2. Demonstrate the ability to build Opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and categories. 3. Have experience with a full suite of prospecting tools. 4. Demonstrate the ability to build and scale processes. 5. Demonstrate the ability to nurture a team. 6. Exhibit curiosity by asking insightful questions and developing solutions based on a solid foundation of knowledge and insight. 7. Be self-motivated and thrive as part of a team, while also possessing the ability to stay driven and proactive independently. 8. Have effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads. 9. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
