Sales Associate – Healthcare
Job Description
SEDIWORK is looking for a Sales Associate to actively contribute to building and implementing our sales efforts in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will: * Identify and conduct structured analyses of target customers in healthcare (hospitals, hospital networks, decision-makers). * Prepare and structure the content for sales activities and meetings. * Independently reach out to target customers (email, LinkedIn, selected calls). * Manage follow-ups and maintain relationships. * Support proposal processes and closing preparations. * Help build a scalable and structured sales process. * Create and prepare sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies). * Support LinkedIn content for market positioning. * Prepare materials from projects and client conversations. * Organize and run events (e.g., workshops, networking formats). * Assist with newsletter and existing-customer communications.
Qualifications

Ability to quickly understand complex healthcare topics and adapt them for the target audience. 3. Strong communication skills and confident presence when interacting with decision-makers. 4. Initial experience in active outreach and building customer relationships. 5. Hands-on mentality and high standards for execution and results. 6. Interest in actively shaping the commercial development of a healthcare company. 7. Ability to drive initiatives independently and take responsibility. 8. 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in one of the following areas: * Healthcare (e.g., hospital, project work, business development) * Digital Health * Healthcare Consulting 9. Medical or health-economics background with relevant practical experience. 10. Solid understanding of hospital structures, decision-making pathways, and relevant stakeholders. 11. Experience engaging with physicians, hospital management, or comparable actors. 12. Initial practical experience in sales, business development, or partner management. 13. Very confident use of PowerPoint and structured presentation development. 14. Ability to present content clearly, precisely, and persuasively. 15. Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
