Qualifications

1. Hold a high school diploma or GED; an Associate degree in Business is advantageous. 2. Possess 3 years of experience in pre-sales, customer service, or inside sales roles. 3. Exhibit a working grasp of Security Systems products, especially video solutions. 4. Demonstrate exceptional computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. 5. SAP proficiency is preferred. 6. Command strong verbal and written communication skills. 7. Maintain professional telephone etiquette. 8. Skillfully manage stressful scenarios with professionalism. 9. Show a natural aptitude for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
