Sales Assistant
Job Description
Provide essential support to the sales team as a Sales Assistant at Benetrends Financial. Process and direct sales leads to the appropriate team members. Support trade show follow-ups, including the distribution of literature and samples. Assist sales staff with outbound phone contacts as needed. Maintain and update sales data, reports, and records. Perform data entry to accurately track sales literature, samples, and services. Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and relay messages promptly. Address routine product inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma is a must; a 2- or 4-year college degree is preferable. 2. Possess 3–5 years of experience in customer service or sales support. 3. Exhibit strong telephone, written communication, and computer skills. 4. Demonstrate proficiency with databases and word processing tools. 5. Be highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and resourceful. 6. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 7. Be a team player who can also work independently.
