Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years in sales enablement, partner enablement, or product marketing in digital health, benefits technology, or B2B healthcare. 2. Hands-on experience in writing, structuring decks, and directing design. 3. Experience with internal sales teams and external channel partners, particularly health plans. 4. Understanding of employer benefits and health plan sales cycles. 5. Ability to translate clinical or technical content into accessible commercial language. 6. Builder mentality and ability to thrive without a mature program. 7. Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot; familiarity with content or enablement tools is a plus. 8. Strong written communication skills.
