Sales and Applications Specialist – Mobile Surgery
Job Description
Promote mobile surgery products during customer visits, demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows. Execute the marketing plan and support new product launches. Drive business growth through analysis, planning, and execution, collaborating with the Sales Leader. Work with account teams to achieve account plans and successfully close deals. Offer sales process support using appropriate tools and strategies. Contribute to sales forecasts and participate in district sales planning. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer requests. Train customers to effectively use equipment, setting up training schedules and providing high-quality, customized training. Maintain and update customer feedback, quality standards, and regulatory training. Stay informed on product developments and compliance with safety standards. Visit customers regularly to gather direct feedback and support user group meetings.
Qualifications
1. Essential: Diagnostic Radiography degree background. 2. Specific interest: Operating Theatre, Interventional/Cardiac / Digital X-Ray Radiography speciality. 3. Preferred: Sales & business development background. 4. Driven, tenacious & proactive to succeed in a competitive environment. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. Able to build and maintain relationships with Philips Account Managers and Modality Specialists. 7. Service oriented attitude, both internal and external. 8. Able to work under pressure meeting competing deadlines. 9. Able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment and detail oriented.
