Job Description
As a Sales Advisor at Mondelēz International, your primary responsibilities include: * Ensuring the sales force effectively executes business development programs and initiatives to achieve objectives. * Managing all KPIs for the client portfolio, including sell-in, sell-out, coverage, effectiveness, placement, brand tracking, channel development, perfect store execution, and displays. * Analyzing the market and competition to identify growth opportunities and areas for improving sales service. * Monitoring and controlling the distributor's logistics area. * Training and mentoring teams under your supervision. * Handling and reporting daily sales tracking, generating critical reports for decision-making. * Negotiating monthly sales, purchase, and indicator volumes with the distributor. * Proposing projects for necessary Route to Market changes to sustain growth.
Qualifications
To be successful in this Sales Advisor role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: 1. Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2. Proficiency in English is a plus. 3. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI. 4. Minimum of one year of experience in multinational corporations or traditional channel companies. 5. Demonstrated strategic and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, decision-making capability, negotiation experience with clients, active listening skills, credibility, trustworthiness, and team management experience.
