Sales Account Manager – General Imaging Ultrasound
Job Description
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be entrusted with key responsibilities: Developing comprehensive territory sales strategies, accurately forecasting potential deals, and ensuring that order volume and revenue targets are consistently achieved. Collaborating with Clinical Specialists, service teams, and other counterparts to ensure high customer satisfaction, including active involvement during equipment turnover. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers at all levels within the buying organization and within the Philips team. Maintaining ongoing communication with customers post-order to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns. Understanding and addressing customer needs through consultative solutions. Developing and executing customer strategies within the assigned territory to drive business growth and meet targets. Coordinating order processing, architectural services, construction, and equipment installation schedules by liaising with logistics and project managers. Negotiating solutions and finalizing deals to achieve mutual satisfaction for both customers and Philips.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should possess: 1. A Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent professional experience. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital, capital equipment sales, and/or relevant clinical settings. 3. Skills in Radiology, Ultrasound, and/or Diagnostic Imaging sales are highly valued, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 4. Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements of the sales position with or without accommodation.
