Sales Account Executive

Job Description

Create comprehensive business strategies to achieve specific goals and quotas. Manage the complete sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing the deal. Discover and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, transforming them into lasting partnerships. Deliver impactful product presentations to prospective clients. Offer exceptional after-sales support to boost customer retention. Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and fulfill their needs, fostering stronger partnerships. Work collaboratively across departments to address complaints and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's positive image. Negotiate agreements and diligently record sales and relevant data. Share updates on successes and challenges encountered. This is a remote position that requires some travel for meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. 2. Comfortable leading complex contract negotiations. 3. Proven ability to drive analysis-based negotiation processes and strong closing skills (internal or external). 4. Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities, complemented by strong verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. 6. Significant experience as a Sales Professional. 7. Comprehensive knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques. 8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous. 9. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships. 10. Superior organizational and time-management capabilities. 11. Highly developed business insight. 12. Enthusiasm and passion for sales. 13. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business administration, sales, or marketing. 14. Experience working with both established and emerging brand manufacturers. 15. Experience in selling software and/or marketing solutions.
