Job Description

Join Accordant as a Sage Intacct Solutions Architect and lead the design of cutting-edge solutions for our clients. You'll be at the forefront of defining system architectures, ensuring data integrity, and driving innovation in financial and operational workflows. Key responsibilities include: * Leading end-to-end design for Sage Intacct prospects and clients, covering areas like job costing, project management, billing, and financial reporting. * Defining and documenting future-state system architectures, including data flows, integrations, security, and scalability. * Evaluating and recommending third-party platforms (e.g., Procore, BuildOps, ServiceTitan) to enhance client outcomes and system integrity. * Establishing architectural standards and best practices for Accordant's solutions. * Partnering with Sales to support pre-sales discovery, solution validation, and scope definition. * Translating business requirements into clear solution narratives. * Contributing to the development of implementation approaches and defining architectural guardrails. * Serving as a senior technical voice in client conversations. * Providing architectural oversight during implementations. * Partnering with Consulting and Development teams to resolve complex challenges. * Supporting the transition from implementation to managed services. * Designing and overseeing integrations between Sage Intacct and third-party technologies. * Staying current on Sage platform roadmap developments. * Analyzing patterns across client engagements to identify opportunities for repeatable solutions. * Contributing to the evolution of Accordant's delivery frameworks and enablement materials. * Mentoring consultants and analysts to elevate the architectural maturity of the practice.

Qualifications

Key qualifications include: 1. 7–10+ years of experience in ERP consulting or solution architecture, with exposure to Sage Intacct or comparable ERP platforms. 2. Deep understanding of financial and operational workflows, including job cost accounting, WIP, progress billing, change management, and reporting. 3. Experience designing multi-system solutions, including ERP, project management, and field service platforms. 4. Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into clear system architectures. 5. Client-facing communication skills, with the ability to influence executive, financial, and operational stakeholders. 6. Hands-on experience with Procore, BuildOps, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms. 7. Experience supporting pre-sales efforts, including solution validation, scope definition, and risk assessment. 8. Familiarity with fixed-price implementation models and managed service offerings. 9. Exposure to integration tools, APIs, and data architecture concepts relevant to ERP ecosystems. 10. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US or Canada; we cannot provide sponsorship.
